- Remove the stalks from the vegetable.
- Shred the Sukuma Wiki into your desired size using a sharp knife.

- Chop the Onions

- In a saucepan, heat Vegetable oil then fry the onions until they are Brown.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them into the light brown onions.

- Add salt and then the crushed bouillon cubes to the cooking mixture.
- Cook for 3 to 6 minutes.
- Add the cut vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and serve while worm.
